The Release of Mass Effect 3: Citadel is only a few days away but apparently BioWare received a bunch of questions on how the latest single player add-on to the much discussed RPG will work.
After completing the adventure portion of the Citadel DLC, you will have the chance to reconnect with old friends. Do you have any other suggestions? Just updating to say that this debacle has rendered my Xbox hard drive useless, and subsequently meant the loss of all my save game data.
Thanks to this, I'm getting rid of my Xbox and cancelling my account. The Xbox has been the worst console I've ever owned; including this issue, this would be my fourth console that has exhibited major problems preventing me from play.
Thanks to the reps who tried to help, but this is a lost cause. A warning to anyone else: if you experience this problem, delete the DLC, swallow the money you already paid, and don't attempt to fix this.
Oh my goodness, I am extremely sorry to hear that. Losing saved data is terribly frustrating. There's not a lot we can do from here if you've sold the console, but please let us know if you ever have further Xbox Support questions.

Start up the game and access Shepard's e-mail at one of his private terminals on the Normandy. Look for an e-mail from Admiral Hackett instructing the crew to take shore leave at the Citadel , and offering Shepard the use of Anderson's apartment.
